NOLAN N-Com ESS III Helmet Brake Light

The ESS III is the exclusive N-Com system for presence and emergency braking warnings. The LED light positioned on the back of the helmet ensures greater visibility, both when braking and in low-light conditions. Installation takes just a few minutes and, thanks to the included adapters, the ESS III can be installed on most helmet models on the market.

– Emergency Brake Warning: Emergency stop light function that signals sudden braking by rapidly flashing the LED light. It features a built-in three-axial accelerometer and an exclusive algorithm for calculating acceleration. The ESS system is completely independent of the motorcycle’s braking system, as it autonomously analyses the decelerations experienced by the helmet.

– Rear Light: Fixed LED light function for continuous visibility at night or in low-light conditions. While the “rear light” function is used, the emergency brake warning remains active.

– Flashing Light: Slow flashing light function in case of poor visibility (fog, heavy rain). While using the “flashing light” function, the emergency brake warning remains active.

– Auto On/Off: Automatic on/off management via the accelerometer. The system automatically turns off (Deep Sleep mode) after 60 seconds of total inactivity.
