Returns

  2. Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  3. Process: To initiate a return, please contact customer support.
  4. Refund: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

  1. Eligibility: Exchanges are allowed for items of equal or lesser value.
  2. Process: To request an exchange, please contacting customer support.
  3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges unless the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part.

Exceptions

  1. Final Sale Items: Certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange. This will be clearly stated on the product page.
  2. Customized or Personalized Items: Items that have been customized or personalized cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.
